On Monday, Avis Car Rental announced the launch of a new television advertising campaign highlighting the company's mobile app and its innovative features.
The new "This way forward" ad campaign will feature two commercials, entitled "Jet-Setter" and "Travel Partner." In Jet-Setter, the commercial will feature a businesswoman on an airplane utilizing the Avis mobile app in order to change her rental to meet the differences in weather.

On the other hand, the Travel Partner ad will feature a businessman who makes his daughter very happy when he adds a child safety seat to his rental, indicating she will be traveling with her father this time.

"The Avis app was designed to meet the changing needs of today's travelers and makes car rental easier," Avis Budget Group Executive Vice President Scott Deaver said in a statement. "Customers can control every aspect of the process on their terms and from the palm of their hands. This ad campaign brings this innovative mobility solution to life in a way that travelers can relate or aspire to."
The advertising campaign was created by Hello Creative, and the 30-second ads will air on stations including ABC, BET, CNBC, ESPN, Fox News Channel, MSNBC, NFL Network and TV Land.
The Avis mobile app allows customers who are members of the Avis Preferred loyalty program to choose the exact car they want, control their rental experience from start to finish and get real-time updates. The Avis app is also compatible with all vehicles in the rental car fleet.
