Carnival Cruise Line has opened bookings for its 2028-29 West Coast deployment, with cruises to Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico aboard Carnival Adventure, Carnival Legend and Carnival Spirit.
The newly released itineraries include Alaska cruises departing from Seattle and San Francisco, longer Carnival Journeys sailings to Hawaii and the Panama Canal and a variety of Baja Mexico and Mexican Riviera cruises from the West Coast.
Carnival Adventure will make its Alaska debut from Seattle in 2028, offering 18 seven-day Alaska Inside Passage & Glacier cruises between May 9 and Sept. 5. The itineraries include visits to Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway, along with scenic cruising through Endicott Arm Fjord and a call at Victoria, British Columbia.
The ship will also offer a nine-day Carnival Journeys Alaska cruise departing Seattle on Sept. 12, followed by a 16-day Carnival Journeys Hawaii voyage departing Sept. 21.
Carnival Legend will return to Alaska from San Francisco, where it will offer nine 10-day Alaska cruises between May 15 and Sept. 4. The itineraries include Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan (Ward Cove) and Prince Rupert, British Columbia, as well as scenic cruising through Endicott Arm Fjord.
The ship's 2028 schedule also includes 10 four-day Baja Mexico cruises departing between April and August, with visits to Ensenada, plus a 13-day Carnival Journeys Alaska cruise departing April 28 and a 15-day Carnival Journeys Hawaii cruise departing Sept. 14.
Carnival Spirit will begin its West Coast season with a 16-day Carnival Journeys Panama Canal cruise departing Tampa on April 16 before heading to Seattle. The ship will operate 18 seven-day Alaska cruises from Seattle between May 11 and Sept. 7, with calls at Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway, scenic cruising through Endicott Arm Fjord and a visit to Victoria.
Additional Alaska itineraries include nine-day sailings with visits to destinations such as Sitka and Icy Strait Point. Carnival Spirit will also offer 11 Carnival Journeys Hawaii sailings.
After its Alaska season, Carnival Spirit will reposition to Long Beach in October 2028 for cruises to Hawaii and Mexico through spring 2029. The Hawaii itineraries include visits to Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
The Long Beach schedule also includes three-day Baja Mexico getaways, five-day Mexican Riviera cruises and select eight-day Mexican Riviera sailings with calls at Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta.
