Believe it or not, nude cruising is a thing. What's more, it's actually easier than ever before to strip down aboard a cruise ship without getting kicked off.
Adult hospitality company Original Group revealed its second adults-only, couples-only and clothing-optional Desire cruise itinerary this week.
Scheduled to set sail from Barcelona in April 2018, the cruise will come less than a year after the first Desire sailing. The initial "Venice Foreplay" cruise aboard the Azamara Quest will depart Venice, Italy, Sept. 26 and sail along the Adriatic Sea, makings stops in Croatia and Slovenia before returning to Venice Oct. 3.
While exact dates weren't announced for the second cruise, which will also take place aboard the Azamara Quest, the Original Group said it will end in Rome after making stops in Sete and Marseilles in France, Monte Carlo and Italy’s Portofino and Florence.

The cruises will feature theme nights, daytime events and couples' workshops hosted by Dr. Jess O'Reilly as well as a handful of clothing-optional spaces.

Guests will also have access to private adult playrooms and a jacuzzi lounge, in addition to multiple dining options ranging from casual to elegant.
"Our new Barcelona to Rome cruise creates an exciting opportunity to live the Desire experience aboard a sensual sanctuary at sea where couples can rejoice in exotic destinations on a journey of fantasy and reverie while being pampered with our top-quality service," said Original Group CEO Rodrigo de la Pena in a statement accompanying this week's announcement.
"This second itinerary is a testament to the successful response we received from Desire Venice Cruise and marks the beginning of several other experiences we aspire to create for our guests."
While participating in the buff is encouraged, there are rules for the Desire cruises, including wearing clothes in the onboard restaurants and not snapping photos in the clothing-optional public areas.
