Visit Las Vegas is looking to promote itself to the next generation of travelers with a giveaway offering four lucky Gen Z travelers the role of a Summer Intern House Las Vegas, $25,000 and a 10-day trip creating content across iconic Las Vegas resorts, attractions and more.
Interns chosen through the sweepstakes will create content featured across @Vegas social channels. Travelers who are from the U.S. aged 21-29 can apply by posting a video on their own social media channels, tagging @Vegas and with the hashtag #VegasIntern26, answering the question “Why should you be our summer intern?”
Finalists will go through a review process, followed by a public voting phase, where the general audience will vote on which four are chosen to be this summer’s interns. The rules are here.
“People connect with content that feels real, personal, and unfiltered, and that’s exactly what this program is all about,” said Michael O'Brien, vice president of digital and content marketing. “No two trips to Vegas look the same, and we’re excited to see how each intern captures the city through their own perspective over 10 unforgettable days. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for four interns to grow their platforms, build their portfolios, and gain real-world experience creating content in one of the most dynamic destinations in the world.”
Applications are open on May 11 through the end of the month. Public voting begins June 29 through July 3. The final four interns will be announced on July 6, with their travel and work dates starting July 23 through August 1.
