Martindale is a veteran of the travel industry, starting his career in the maritime industry, working in hotel management and then becoming a Cruise Planners franchisee.
Martindale worked as a Food and Beverage Director in the cruise industry before transitioning to the hotel industry where he played a crucial role in renovation projects. He then moved back into the cruise industry where he was responsible for management operations for several luxury cruise lines, refining his expertise in cruise operations and management.
Since then, Martindale has shifted his focus full-time to his travel franchise, specializing in crafting tailored food and wine experiences. He also has expanded offerings to include escorting wine groups. He is now a leader in luxury travel through partnerships with esteemed clients like the San Francisco Wine School.
