Global Travel Collection (GTC), the high-service premium and luxury travel division of Internova Travel Group, today announced that The Exchange is live. The confidential, invitation-only platform connects advisors looking to grow through acquisition or partnership with advisors considering a future transition, and it is available now to GTC’s community of more than 1,500 advisors.
The Exchange is the working mechanism behind Legacy in Motion, the succession and growth program GTC introduced in October 2025. Where Legacy in Motion provides education through its Growth, Partnership and Succession tracks, The Exchange is where advisors find one another and begin the conversation. It is not a public marketplace. Advisors engage privately, at their own pace, and on their own terms.
The platform responds to a challenge the industry has been slow to address. A generation of advisors has built businesses around client relationships that are deeply personal and difficult to hand off, and many have no plan for what happens when they step back. Without one, advisors risk undervaluing their businesses or leaving long-standing client relationships unprotected.
“For years, advisors have built businesses around relationships that don’t transfer easily,” said Simon Brooks, SVP of Advisor Success at Global Travel Collection. “The Exchange gives them a considered way to think about what comes next, whether that means growing, partnering or preparing to step back. It’s about protecting the client and the advisor’s work at the same time.”
The Exchange was developed in strategic partnership with Trivium Point Advisory, a multidisciplinary advisory firm that helps business owners make better long-term decisions by integrating business strategy, tax planning and wealth management. Together, GTC and Trivium created a confidential framework that helps advisors evaluate opportunities, identify the right fit and plan confidently for the future.
“Every business transition has strategic, financial and personal implications,” said Ron Pac, Managing Partner, Trivium Point Advisory. “The strongest outcomes come from evaluating those decisions through multiple perspectives rather than in isolation. When business strategy, tax planning and wealth management are aligned, advisors can protect what they’ve built while creating more options for the future.”
