Oasis Travel Network-the independent contractor division of Smart Travel Group-announced the launch of its new SmartMail program, a custom direct-mail marketing initiative that is available to member agents.
With the addition of this new program, Oasis provides its members with the latest email marketing technology, print marketing and direct-mail marketing tools. This enables the travel advisors to easily and efficiently communicate with their existing database and prospect for new clients.
"Constant and personalized communication is one of the key ways to build a thriving client base. We wanted to offer our agents a tool that would help more easily customize their direct marketing," said Kelly Bergin, president of OASIS Travel Network.
"Our new SmartMail program communicates with agent's ideal traveler on their behalf, helping them stay ahead of their competitors and grow their book of business, while allowing them to focus on servicing their existing clients," added Bergin.
Through the SmartMail Program, agents can choose from high-quality postcard templates. Agents will customize the postcard with their logo, company brand message and a special offer to attract prospective clients.
Once the design is complete, agents can choose to target market to the demographics they select or they can mail to their own database. This new tool provides agents the flexibility to customize and promote their services or exclusive offers.
