AIC Hotel Group is proud to announce the promotions of two distinguished sales leaders, Carissa Holman and Roberto Trejo Gazca. In their new roles, they will oversee Business Development Manager (BDMs) teams across key regions of the United States, driving strategic sales initiatives and strengthening partnerships with travel advisors and tour operator partners nationwide. As they step into these expanded leadership responsibilities, Carissa and Roberto will also continue cultivating the key relationships they have established throughout their careers.
Carissa Holman has been named Senior Regional Director of Sales – Central. With nearly 15 years with the Leisure Sales team, Holman has long been recognized as one of AIC Hotel Group’s top-performing BDMs. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently surpassed sales goals, provided mentorship to colleagues, and demonstrated an expert command of sales strategy and partner engagement. Holman is also a four-time recipient of the company’s prestigious BDM of the Year Award.
Roberto Trejo Gazca has been promoted to Senior Regional Director of Sales – East Coast. Trejo Gazca brings a well-rounded background that spans 17 years across on-property roles—including Entertainment Manager and In-Destination Manager—as well as extensive sales experience across the U.S. He has also been awarded BDM of the Year, reflecting his strong performance and leadership. His deep knowledge of AIC Hotel Group’s portfolio and commitment to elevating the brand experience continue to shape his approach to partner development.
