WHY IT RATES: The strategic appointments are notable as they are poised to play a pivotal role in the company's continued growth and investment in the travel advisory community.—Patrick Clarke, TravelPulse Senior Editor

Keytours Vacations, the award-winning luxury tour operator powered by its proprietary AI booking platform, KeyBrain, today announced three strategic moves within its sales organization, marking another significant step in the company’s continued growth.

Camilo Duque joins Keytours as Director, Strategic & National Accounts, Matt Greenwaldt joins as Director of Group Sales, and Melody Edemen has been promoted to Business Development Manager for the Northeast. The expansion comes at a pivotal time for Keytours Vacations. With more than three decades of experience creating personalized journeys to over 107 countries, the company has spent the past several years redefining how technology can support and empower travel advisors.

Its proprietary platforom, KeyBrain, has earned three consecutive Travel Weekly Magellan Gold Awards in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for its innovative approach to building complex, multi-destination itineraries. Trips that traditionally required hours to assemble can now be designed and booked in minutes through a single, intuitive platform—while still being supported by the experienced, dedicated team travel advisors have long relied on at Keytours.

“This is one of the strongest sales leadership teams we have assembled in our more than 30-year history, and the timing could not be better,” said Koray Edemen, President and CEO of Keytours Vacations. “Camilo, Matt and Melody bring a powerful combination of industry experience, relationships and strategic thinking to Keytours. We built KeyBrain to give travel advisors technology that allows them to work faster, serve their clients better and create more sophisticated journeys. Now we are expanding the team behind that technology with the same ambition—combining the speed and intelligence of AI with the personal relationships, expertise and support that remain at the heart of our business.”

Camilo Duque, Director, Strategic & National Accounts

Duque brings 18 years of experience with ProColombia, the Colombia Tourism Board, where he held positions across the Miami, New York and Los Angeles markets before joining Explora Journeys to lead strategic account development across North America.

At Keytours, Duque will lead the growth of the company’s strategic and national account portfolio, including relationships with host agencies, consortium headquarters and multi-location organizations. He will also focus on expanding preferred-supplier relationships, developing joint business plans and building profitable distribution partnerships nationwide.

Matt Greenwaldt, Director of Group Sales

Greenwaldt brings 14 years of group travel sales leadership experience to Keytours. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Group Sales for the Central and Mountain regions at Mayflower Cruises & Tours, a position he held for more than nine years. Previously, he built the group sales department from the ground up as Director of Group Sales at Central Holidays and began his career in group travel with Collette.

At Keytours, Greenwaldt will lead the company’s group sales division and oversee the strategy for its growing group and affinity travel business, with a focus on expanding sales while maintaining the seamless, high-touch service for which Keytours is known.

Melody Edemen, Business Development Manager, Northeast

Edemen has been promoted to an expanded role leading business development across the Northeast. The promotion recognizes her track record of cultivating strong travel advisor relationships and contributing to Keytours’ regional growth. In her new role, she will focus on expanding advisor engagement, developing new business opportunities and strengthening Keytours’ presence throughout the Northeast.

Together, these appointments reflect Keytours Vacations’ continued investment in the travel advisor community and its strategy of pairing category-leading AI technology with experienced, accessible and highly personalized human support.

As Keytours continues to expand, the company remains focused on helping advisors work more efficiently, create increasingly sophisticated and personalized travel experiences, and grow their businesses—with both advanced technology and a dedicated team behind them every step of the way.
