The award-winning and independently operated Trump International Beach Resort Miami, located on Sunny Isles Beach, is pleased to announce that its Managing Director, Danny Williams, will also be overseeing all affiliated resort entertainment operations, including the entertainment and attractions complex, Dezerland Park. In addition, he has been recognized by top recruiting organization, MogulRecruiter. Identified as an extraordinary individual making a difference in the hospitality industry, Williams has been named one of the top 100 general managers in the country, placing him in the top one percent.
"Ever since we brought on Danny to lead our executive team last year, he has continuously improved the property, increasing both employee and guest satisfaction," said Michael Dezer, owner of Trump International Beach Resort. "He's overseen a number of significant changes and the implementation of creative new programming. We are thrilled to now have him managing all of our entertainment operations as well."

With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Williams has held several leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as a consultant for Island Hospitality Advisors in Orlando, Fla.
Previously, he held the position of Regional Vice President of Resort Operations at Bluegreen Vacations, where he supported long- and short-term strategies for the Resort Management division. Prior to that role, he was General Manager for Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive, where he successfully led the hotel's operations in a highly competitive market.
"Danny has been a key addition to Trump International Beach Resort in leading the executive team, bringing a wealth of experience and creative initiatives to overcome successfully the challenging situation our hospitality industry has faced over the past year," said Jose Rodriguez, Hotel Director. The resort's Finance Director, Edward W. Biel, commended William's leadership by pointing out that "the resort has experienced a record-breaking year in terms of RevPAR and profitability."
