TBO Tek Limited ("TBO") announced today that it has fully acquired BookaBed AG ("BookaBed") a leading B2B travel platform in Ireland. With this acquisition, TBO further deepens its European footprint into Ireland & UK.

BookABed now becomes TBO Ireland & UK and will remain under the leadership of Tyrrell.

Over the course of the year, the breadth and depth of BookaBed will be fully integrated into the TBO platform which, today, already lists more than 1 million properties worldwide.
