Choosing Your HX Expedition: Greenland

Greenland is unlike anywhere else on Earth. Its vast landscapes, rich culture and remarkable wildlife remain unfamiliar to many travellers, which is exactly what makes it so compelling. In this video, we offer a first look at what an HX Greenland expedition feels like, whether you’re arriving for the first time or returning to uncover more of this extraordinary Arctic territory.

Through the eyes of different travellers, you’ll see the moments that shape a Greenland journey. Travellers share what it’s like to kayak through calm Arctic waters, meet local communities and learn about their traditions, and experience the raw beauty of glaciers, fjords and wildlife up close. These perspectives highlight the authenticity and emotion behind each encounter.

Exploration in Greenland takes many forms, from Zodiac outings along ice‑filled coastlines to time spent watching whales surface in calm waters. Guests also have opportunities to walk through open Arctic landscapes shaped by ice and weather, giving a sense of scale that’s hard to find elsewhere. These moments help illustrate how different Arctic routes offer their own character and rhythm across Greenland.
