Royal Caribbean's newest ship, the Icon of the Seas, has finally arrived. 

I spoke with Vicki Freed, SVP Sales Trade Support for Royal Caribbean, while onboard the world's largest cruise ship to hear her thoughts on what makes Icon of the Seas so iconic. 

Freed also talks about the cruise line's next ship, Utopia of the Seas, and shares her advice to travel advisors to excel in 2024.
