Greenland continues to captivate adventurous travelers, and Quark Expeditions is leading the way with a diverse lineup of voyages that showcase the destination's stunning landscapes, rich culture and extraordinary wildlife. Despite recent media attention, interest in Greenland as a travel destination has only grown — and for good reason.

Quark's Greenland offerings span three distinct regions, each delivering a unique experience.

In West Greenland, guests connect with local Inuit communities and witness colossal icebergs, tidewater glaciers and storied fjords, including a visit to Ilulissat Ice Fjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 11-day West Greenland: Discovering Massive Icebergs and Inuit Communities, Northbound itinerary takes travelers deep into Eternity Fjord and the rarely visited Itilleq Fjord, crossing the iconic Arctic Circle along the way.

In the south, Quark's South Greenland Adventure: The Majestic Alpine Arctic itinerary offers a bold blend of nature and activity. Developed in partnership with local communities—a first in expedition travel—the voyage is made possible in part by the technologically advanced ship Ultramarine, equipped with two twin-engine helicopters. These helicopters unlock access to areas unreachable by other operators, with highlights including heli-hiking and the Greenland Ice Sheet Experience. Camping on the shores of Tasermiut Fjord with local hosts rounds out what is an unforgettable journey suitable for travelers of all fitness levels.

To the northeast, Quark's Northeast Greenland: Glaciers and Fjords itinerary invites guests to explore one of the last truly unspoiled wilderness areas on Earth. Cruising along the remote northeast coast under 24 hours of summer daylight, travelers encounter the world's largest fjord system, massive icebergs and ancient Thule sites. A stop at the remote settlement of Ittoqqortoormiit offers a rare window into Greenlandic culture, while sightings of marine mammals and muskox add to the sense of discovery.
