While Italy, Greece, and Turkey are some of TourRadar’s most popular European destinations, bookings to five rising stars have significantly increased in early 2026. And your clients will absolutely love these countries.

Finland leads in booking increases on TourRadar for early 2026, compared to 2025. The world’s happiest country is not only home to Santa Claus and traditional saunas, but also forests and lakes as far as the eye can see. Plus, 2026 could be the last year in over a decade when the northern lights are strongest, making Lapland a top choice.

Timeless classical music, the alpine charm of the village of Hallstatt, and Vienna’s imperial palaces, Schönbrunn and Belvedere, might just be a few reasons why Austria is seeing a surge in bookings on TourRadar this year. And with its location in the heart of Europe, Austria is a great starting point for a multi-country trip.

Poland is home to the colossal Malbork Castle, the largest castle by area in the world, and the largest brick castle ever built. And with cities like Gdansk and Krakow straight out of a storybook, along with Warsaw’s heralded museums and art galleries, it’s no surprise that Poland is growing in popularity this year.

The lesser-visited and more budget-friendly alternative to Greece has been on the rise for a few years and continues to attract travelers from around the world. With stunning beaches like Ksamil, the mountain idyll of Theth and Valbona, and Butrint’s ancient ruins and amphitheater, Albania is sure to delight your clients.

While Paris is arguably the most romantic city in the world, a world of adventure awaits beyond the French capital. Travelers exploring the purple lavender fields and quaint towns of the Provence by bike, visiting the fairytale-lake chateaux of the Loire Valley, and tasting world-class wines in Bordeaux and Burgundy.
