Perfect Stranger's Kind Act Leads To Amazing In-Flight Photo

The moment a baby starts crying on a plane is usually the moment you beat yourself up for not previously considering the merits of a coast-to-coast road trip, but in the case of one noble gentleman, a weeping infant was a call to action.

According to Fox29 Philadelphia, an unnamed man heard one of the most jarring sounds you can hear on an airplane aside from “There will be no drink service on this flight” and decided to act with kindness and decency.

Details are scare but thanks to a woman by the name of Angela Byrd we have a delightful image taken from a flight said to be going from Minneapolis to Georgia.

That image made its way to Facebook account GA Followers with a caption from Byrd that explains what we are witnessing. It states that the man explained he was a father and wanted to help out with what he saw was a boisterous baby keeping up his exhausted mother.

Byrd explained to the Facebook group: “I was in tears...not because he was white and she was black...but because it showed me today that there are still GOOD people out there in a world full of turmoil.”

Last September, TravelPulse happened upon a similar story of a tired mother getting a brief respite from a remarkable act of generosity from a fellow traveler.

Here is that Facebook post that explains further:

It really would be easy to become overly jaded about the state of the world, but then you come across these stories and you can wade easier through busy airports and packed hotels, rejuvenated with a renewed faith in humanity.

Sometimes it takes a village to get an adorable baby back to sleep while mom enjoys a well-deserved nap.
