Kendall Fletcher began her career in Client Care before progressing to her current role as Director of Luxury Sales at J5Travel. In this position, she oversees travel planning for a team of six advisors specializing in bespoke leisure travel for clients who prioritize high-quality experiences and cultural immersion.
Beyond serving her clients, Fletcher is committed to advancing the luxury travel industry through leadership and mentorship. She was named to the Luxury Travel Advisor's 30 Under 30 list in recognition of her commitment to excellence and innovation. As Director of Luxury Sales, she has helped grow her company's sales by 30% over the past two years while building strong partnerships through industry events including ILTM, DUCO, and Virtuoso Travel Week. Fletcher also helped launch a community for young advisors at her previous host agency, creating opportunities for networking, collaboration, and professional development.
Fletcher has a deep-rooted passion for helping others discover places they may never have imagined experiencing, but what she believes sets her apart is an ability to combine genuine relationship-building with strong business instincts and creative problem-solving.
