Ten years ago, Asia Lantz began a career in a brick-and-mortar agency on the East Coast under the guidance of an incredible mentor, before launching Travel with Asia in the post-COVID era. What started as “just a job” in her early 20s quickly became her deepest passion. Today, Lantz's specializes in luxury honeymoons, romantic getaways, and river cruises throughout Europe and Southeast Asia. In 2025, she was honored as ASTA’s Travel Advisor of the Year, a recognition of her dedication to client care and industry leadership.
Lantz has spent the last 10 years of her career blending extraordinary client care with industry leadership and mentorship.
Beyond serving clients, she's dedicated herself to strengthening the advisor community. Over the years, she's coached many new advisors and, through her mentorship brand Charted with Asia, provides training on planning fees, marketing strategies, and sustainable business practices, helping other advisors recognize their own value and grow with confidence. In 2026, these efforts will come together under a new umbrella agency, Gilded Getaways, where she will mentor and collaborate with advisors.
For Lantz, making a difference means both celebrating client milestones and elevating our profession as a whole.

She managed all logistics behind the scenes, secured a full refund from a non-refundable tour, adjusted future bookings and worked with American Airlines to safeguard the client’s loyalty points.
