John Chernesky is leaving Norwegian Cruise Line.
Chernesky, who serves as NCL’s chief sales officer, will be moving on after three-and-a-half years with the company. His departure is effective December 31, 2026.
“We thank John for his leadership and contributions… and wish him all the best,” a spokesperson said in a statement shared with TravelPulse.
Brennan Quesnele, senior vice president of strategic accounts and trade marketing, will assume interim responsibility for North America Sales as the company searches for Chernesky’s replacement.
“We remain fully committed to our travel partners and to providing the support, resources and partnership they need to succeed,” the spokesperson said.
Chernesky was hired in April 2023 as senior vice president of North America sales. Earlier this year, he was promoted to senior vice president and chief sales officer.
