Kelsie Marchetti is a standout leader and trusted advocate for the travel advisor community. With deep product expertise from her time in Collette’s Product Operations team, she brought valuable insight and passion to B2B Marketing. Today, as Senior Manager of Virtual Events and Advisor Programs, she leads impactful advisor initiatives, including Collette’s growing advisor Facebook community, Advisor Appreciation Month, the Advisor Selling Playbook and Collette University. Kelsie is known for listening closely, turning feedback into action, and building meaningful connections.
Under her leadership, Collette’s private advisor Facebook community grew from approximately 2,000 to more than 12,000 engaged members and became a trusted space for connection, education, and support.
