Port Canaveral is the fastest-growing cruise port in Florida, according to CLIA's 2011 Economic Impact Study. Port Canaveral reported that multi-day cruise passengers using the cruise port includes 3.8 million people in 2012 from 2.7 million in 2011. In 2012, Port Canaveral opened the new $60 million, 90,000 square foot ultra-modern Cruise Terminal 6 complex. Port Canaveral is the homeport for the Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream, and Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas (in April 2013), among other ships.
