Air passenger advocate company AirHelp has announced the
results of its annual AirHelp
Score Report for 2024.
The report focused specifically on airline performance and
to calculate scores, AirHelp combined several equally-rated data sources that
included on-time performance, customer opinion and claim processing in data analyzed
from January 1 to October 31, 2024.
Brussels Airlines topped the list for the best global
airline while United Airlines garnished first place in the U.S.
Airline rankings.

Airport landed the top ranking, followed by Asia’s Nagoya Chubu, Central and South
America’s Brasilia-Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport and Europe’s Bergen
Flesland.
