Air passenger rights company AirHelp
has unveiled its 2024 AirHelp Score Report – a comprehensive data-based
evaluation of international airports. The study revealed the top 10 U.S.
airports and the top 10 global airports.
The rankings are based on service quality, on-time
performance, claims processing and food and shops. Data was gathered from May 1, 2023, to April
30, 2024, during which time AirHelp surveyed passengers about their most recently
used airports.
