Benefits for Military Members
Allegiant provides
the following perks to military veterans, reservists and active duty service
members:
- Baggage
Allowance: Military
passengers can check up to two pieces of luggage, each weighing under 100
pounds, for free. Oversized baggage up to 115 linear inches is also exempt from
the usual additional fees.
- Carry-On and
Personal Items: Military
travelers are allowed one carry-on bag and one personal item, within Allegiant’s
established size limits, at no cost.
- Free Boarding
Pass Printing: Complimentary
boarding pass printing is available at the airport.
- Pet Policy: Military passengers can fly with a
single inside the cabin at no extra charge.
- Family Benefits: Spouses and dependents flying on
the same itinerary as the military traveler are eligible to receive all the
same benefits.
- Early Boarding: Qualifying service members, their spouses
and dependents are afforded early boarding benefits.
- Flexibility: Active and reserve military members are
not subject to change or cancellation fees due to a change in orders.
In addition to offering
onboard perks, Allegiant is dedicated to promoting a culture of inclusivity and

Maintenance Pathway Program: Helps military maintainers with a signed 8610-2 by
the FAA to obtain A&P licenses.

Pathway Program: Assists military aviators in acquiring their ATP – CTP
certificates.

meaningful employment.
- Army P3
Partnership: Supports soldiers transitioning to civilian careers through this
