Many airports across the United States are adding exhibits to their buildings to entertain passengers and draw in new customers. To that end, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, Texas, has added a vast display of vintage and classic toys.
According to Austin airport's official website, one of the temporary art collections making waves at the facility right now is an array of 20th century toys on lease from the Austin Toy Museum.
Located between Gates seven and 11 in the post-security pylon showcases, this vast collection of popular toys from the 20th century will transport adults of all ages back to a more innocent time in their childhood.
Not only will the toy displays act as a nostalgia kick for passengers, but the exhibit also puts into perspective how children's games and figurines have transformed over the years. From Barbie dolls to G.I. Joe action figures, there is something for everyone.
The exhibit will be on display through August 4.

Some of the highlights of the exhibit include a vintage Kewpie doll from 1925, a Lionel streamlined steam locomotive from the 1940s and a complete collection of Simpsons dolls from 1991. Add in a vast amount of Barbie Dolls from the collection of Rebecca Chulew, and this is an expansive exhibit.
For those arriving in Austin or departing from the airport, make sure you arrive early or leave enough time for you to walk around because you will be sucked in this exhibit. With everyone likely having one of these toys as a child, be prepared for a trip down memory lane.
