Hawaiian Airlines is planning to increase flights between the beloved destination of Hawai’i and airports across the West Coast in preparation for a busy winter holiday travel season.
The airline is increasing flights between Honolulu (HNL) and Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) and Seattle (SEA), beginning this November and December. The flights will be operated on Starlink-equipped Airbus A330 and Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Hawaiian Airlines will add a second Seattle and San Francisco flight beginning November 22 through 25 and November 30 through December 1.
In December and January, the above extra flights will continue, in addition to a fourth daily flight from Los Angeles to Honolulu, which will fly December 19-21, December 26-28 and January 2-6. The Seattle and San Francisco flights will fly from December 15 through January 7, except December 24-25.
"We’re already seeing compelling demand for end-of-year travel and our extra flights will make it even more convenient for our guests to experience our Hawaiian hospitality during the holiday season," said Brent Overbeek, executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Hawaiian Airlines.
"Additionally, we decided to once again offer a fourth Honolulu-Los Angeles, peak-day flight that was popular with our guests during our summer seasonal service," Overbeek continued.
