Enterprise Holdings, the world's largest car rental company, has announced the appointment of Neil Hafer as Vice President and General Manager for France. The company also enhanced its management team with the appointment of Guirec Grand-Clément to the newly created position of Vice President of Rental for France.
Both will play a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives to further develop Enterprise Holdings' position in the French market for its Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.
Neil Hafer joins Enterprise France as Vice President and General Manager after working more than eight years as Group Vice President and General Manager for Utah/South Idaho where he helped dramatically increase fleet size and profitability. He replaces James Ware who will take up an executive position with Enterprise in Canada after leading the business in France since it was acquired from PSA Peugeot Citroen in 2012.
Neil Hafer, who began his Enterprise career in 1992 on the company's Management Training Program, will be responsible for creating strategies to increase market share, enhancing the company's customer service culture and ensuring that employees are being developed to succeed. He joins the French team at an exciting time for the business as it further expands its replacement and corporate divisions and introduces additional proprietary technologies, such as the tablet-based LaunchPad, which was rolled out across France last year.
Guirec Grand-Clément joins the Enterprise Holdings' team in France in the newly created position of Vice President of Rental. Guirec began his Enterprise career in 2013 and has more than 20 years' experience in the transport, tourism and car rental industry. Most recently Guirec was Assistant Vice President of Sales for EMEA, with responsibility for delivering mobility solutions to large European and international corporate accounts.
