Experiential expedition line Atlas Ocean Voyages has announced limited availability for its Mediterranean Epicurean Expeditions from July through September 2026.
The news comes about a month after the cruise line reported it had experienced its best January in booking history—up 60 percent from last year and nearly triple from 2024 booking numbers.
The line's Epicurean Expeditions are food-focused itineraries featuring a Gastronomic Guest, such as a celebrated chef, or a Visiting Vintner, who hosts events and tastings, along with time off-ship. Each sailing includes one complimentary Atlas Immersive Experience for guests, an excursion or onboard experience that dives deep into the heart of a destination's history, culture, and cuisine.
"Our 2026 Mediterranean Epicurean Expeditions are designed to go beyond traditional cruising by offering deep, authentic connections to the region's most marquee and boutique ports," said James Rodriguez, President of Atlas Ocean Voyages. "With our complimentary Atlas Immersive Experiences, we provide our guests with exclusive, after-hours access and sensory-rich encounters that simply cannot be found elsewhere."
Now through the end of March, travelers can save more on these itineraries with the Explorer's Choice Offer and the Enhanced Offer, with double amenities on selected expeditions.
Highlights of the remaining Epicurean Expeditions for 2026 are as follows.
The Civitavecchia (Rome) to Piraeus (Athens) itinerary from July 1-10 and the Piraeus (Athens) roundtrip on July 10-20 are both offering the Ephesus Odeon at Night experience, an exclusive, after-hours visit to ancient Ephesus, visiting the Marble Road, the Great Theater and the Library of Celsus at night, complete with a live performance by a chamber orchestra.
The Piraeus (Athens) to Civitavecchia (Rome) itinerary sailing July 20-30 and the somewhat extended sailing August 27 to September 9 will be offering An Evening of Syros Traditions in Emoupoli, an evening spent at the 19th-century landmark with a local dance performance and food.
The Civitavecchia (Rome) to Barcelona itinerary on July 30 to August 9 will include the Ibiza White Night Party, a gala evening on board featuring a series of performances, a DJ party, and more.
