Celestyal Cruises is celebrating record wave season results so far from its “Unmissable Sale” campaign.
As a result, the cruise line has decided to extend is wave promotion through February 19 and add seven additional departures of its “Heavenly Greece, Italy & Croatia” itinerary and four extra sailings of the “Idyllic Aegean” to the sale. The number of sailings now included in the deal is nearly 200.
The offer includes savings of up to 50 percent, up to $593 in specialty food and beverage credits and up to $214 in shore excursion credits per cabin on select sailings.
So far, the sale has boosted global revenue by 51 percent compared to the same period last year and 23 percent higher than the cruise line’s initial goals for this wave season.
In North America, the brand has notched a 63 percent year-over-year increase in recorded revenue. Celestyal has also seen a 92 percent year-over-year increase in travel advisor bookings
“Wave is always a critical trading period for us, and this year’s performance clearly shows the appetite for sailings that offer genuine destination immersion and strong value,” says Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer at Celestyal. “The response from both our travellers and travel trade partners has been exceptional, and extending the Unmissable Sale allows us to maintain momentum while supporting our advisors through the remainder of wave.”
