Holland America Line has announced the launch of a menu update that features Caribbean-themed meals, island-inspired cocktails, and room service items from the cruise line’s culinary ambassadors.
This limited-time menu will be active from October 2025 until April 2026.
Alongside the menu changes, the cruise line will also offer cooking demonstrations to show guests how to make regional dishes at home, as well as provide new shore excursions that showcase the local culinary scene.
“This Caribbean season, we’re inviting guests to truly immerse themselves in the flavors and spirit of the islands through exciting new dishes, delicious drinks, and meaningful experiences,” said Michael Stendebach, vice president of food, beverage, and rooms division for Holland America Line.
Some new food items include Yuzu Butter Grilled Lobster Tails, Jerked Oxtail Croquette, a Southwestern Salmon Bowl, and a Caribbean Seafood Boil. Drink options include 35 different rums, multiple Aperol Spritz vendors, regional smoothies, and more.
The cruise line’s celebrity Culinary Ambassadors, David Burke, Masaharu Morimoto, Ethan Stowell, and Jacques Torres, are responsible for many of the new items now available.
There are nearly thirty unique itineraries guests can choose from across six ships when traveling the Caribbean with Holland America Line between October of this year and April of next year. Guests can now also travel from the newly added homeport of Miami, Florida.
