Ultra-luxury cruise line Regent Seven Seas Cruises and destination-focused line Oceania Cruises announced a new leadership reorganization, with Wesley D’Silva appointed President of Regent.
Jason Montague will continue leading both Oceania and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, but Nathan Hickman and Shawn Tubman are both now Chief Sales Officers for the respective brands.
“I am delighted to congratulate Wesley, Nathan, and Shawn, as they step into these important new roles," said Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. "Each of them brings extraordinary expertise and experience as we build on a remarkable period of performance for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our Travel Advisor community with even greater focus,” continued Montague. “Travel Advisors are integral to our success, and these organizational changes reflect our unwavering commitment to creating even more opportunity within the luxury and ultra-luxury cruise segments."
Hickman, overseeing sales for Oceania, will report to Montague, while Tubman, who oversees sales for Regent, will report to D’Silva.
Both North American domestic sales teams and international sales teams will report to either Hickman or Tubman, respectively.
Steve Odell, a senior commercial leader with the organization, will transition to an ambassador role for both brands.
