Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has formed a new, wholly owned company called TourTrek that will develop, market and sell land tours in over 90 countries.
TourTrek is led by managing director John Weis, who previously was vice president of global tour operations. Roberta Jacoby, a long-time former executive at Carnival Corp., will assume those duties as managing director of global tour operations. More details on TourTrek will be available over the coming months.
