<p></em></p><p>This is the best advice anyone can give you if you're traveling to Peru, and specifically Lima, for the first time. Absolutely make sure you have at least one Pisco Sour, which is basically the national drink of Peru.</p><p>Made with Pisco, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup, this drink will give you the bite of liquor accompanied with a sweet and tangy shock. The egg white, syrup and bitters on make the drink feel a bit frothy, though that simply makes the marvelous concoction that much easier to take down.</p><p>There are few things better in Peru than sitting down, relaxing and enjoying a Pisco Sour. Make sure you have at least one.</p><p>Nobody will judge you for having a few more.</p>
