Today is Blue Monday and, if you are trying to find some happiness, CNN has some suggestions for where to find it around the world.
In Bangkok, Thailand, Health Land Spa & Massage in the Sathorn district of Bangkok, is set in a stately old home.
“Beautiful, simple, and affordable, Health Land is where people can stop in for a quick foot massage or a long sequence of rejuvenating treatments,” writes Griffin Shea.
If food is more your thing, find happiness in Owensboro, Ky., at Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn, suggests Shea.

“People tend to get picky about their barbecue, but the Moonlite has carved out a niche that everyone respects,” he writes.
And if you can wait until April, cherry blossom season in Kyoto, Japan, is sure to provide pleasure.
“The city is famous for its blossoms, but along the canal, a footpath passes under the trees right alongside the water, which reflects the flowers back up,” says Shea.
