After bringing the beloved Flintstones to life for more than four decades, Arizona's Bedrock City theme park and campground is officially on the market.
According to a sales brochure, the 30-acre property is available for $2 million.
Established back in 1972, six years after the Flintstones aired its final season, the unique attraction - located 30 miles south of the Grand Canyon in Williams, Arizona - features a theme park, restaurant, RV park and campground, all of which are currently operated.
There's also a gift shop and convenience store on site.
So, why sell now?
"My mother is 73 and she and my father built that business," said owner Linda Speckels' daughter Holly Hulen via ABC News. "My father passed away over 20 years ago. She's been running it herself, and she's ready to retire. She's ready to enjoy her grandkids and not worry about managing a business."
The brochure lists a handful of potential redevelopment opportunities for a buyer, including a casino, housing, a resort or hotel, time shares, amusement park and outlet mall.
With five million travelers passing through the region on an annual basis, the property clearly has potential. However, the buyer would have to renegotiate the license agreement with the sitcom's studio, Hanna-Barbera, in order to continue operating the theme park as it currently, per ABC News.
Regardless of what the future holds for Bedrock City, though, one thing is certain, Flintstones fans would be sad to see it go.
Fortunately, fans can still get their Flintstones fix at the original Bedrock City in Custer, South Dakota.
