Bermuda national carrier BermudAir is offering a Holiday
Package featuring two-for-one airfare for travelers who book travel for
September to the warm-weather territory during September.
The booking period extends through September 30 and
travelers who purchase the Holiday Package will also receive a free business
class upgrade. BermudAir is also offering two-for-one airfare on departures
between October 1 and December 15.
Travel advisors can book the Bermuda Holiday Packages and earn commissions on qualifying
bookings by completing a BermudAir Holidays quotation
form, company officials said in a statement. Agents will be renumerated
according to “standard commission policies.”
The packages “[extend] BermudAir’s commitment to its trade
partners, ensuring they benefit from the airline’s celebratory offers while
promoting Bermuda as a year-round destination.”
In March, BermudAir launched launch roundtrip flights
between Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and
Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport. BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport is the
carrier’s fifth U.S. gateway.
BermudAir also flies from Boston Logan International
Airport, Florida’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Orlando
International Airport, and New York’s Westchester County Airport.
“This initiative not only enhances the visitor experience
but also supports our local tourism partners by driving more traffic to the
island during a traditionally quieter period,” said Adam Scott, BermudAir’s
CEO.
