There's drunk and there's passed out on the back of a donkey drunk.
One tourist recently learned that lesson firsthand in the Russian resort city of Sochi, according to The Sun.
The viral video shows the man slumped over a donkey wearing nothing but a bathing suit and a sailor cap along a busy seaside promenade.
A pair of police officers appear to be giving chase but one is forced to give up and turn around after bursting into a fit of laughter.
The topic of tourists riding donkeys has become a controversial one of late as lawmakers in Greece just recently banned overweight tourists from riding the animals following backlash from images that surfaced this past summer showing obese tourists riding donkeys up the iconic narrow steps of Santorini.
Donkeys on the Greek island have reportedly suffered spinal injuries as a result of carrying heavy visitors.
Travel expert Mark Murphy discussed the topic on a recent episode of the TravelPulse Podcast.
"If that is indeed the case, donkeys shouldn't be doing anything because I don't see a lot of unaccompanied minors going on vacation in Santorini and riding donkeys. And you have to be a pretty small kid to weigh less than 112 pounds. So why don't you stop doing donkey rides?" he asked.
Only time will tell whether the latest viral video will prompt a similar ban in Russia.
