One of the best theme parks in the United States is transforming into a spooky wonderland sure to thrill visitors of all ages for Halloween.
Between October 13-29 on Fridays through Sundays, Hersheypark will feature several events, live shows, movies and themed areas celebrating the scariest holiday of them all.
One of the main reasons to head to the theme park this fall is Hersheypark In The Dark. With more than 50 rides and attractions, officials will be opening much of the park to guests after hours and under the veil of darkness.
All 13 roller coasters will be open at night and the park will turn off the lights on its three wooden roller coasters during the last hour of each operating evening, making them dark rides. Additionally, 13 candy locations will be opened along Hershey's Trick-or-Treat Trail and children ages 12 and younger are encouraged to come in costume for free treat bags and candy at each stop throughout the Halloween village.
Visitors to Hersheypark will also be able to enjoy fall-themed food and beverages, including pumpkin funnel cakes and pumpkin milkshakes. A band called the Screaming Mummies will be performing throwback Halloween tunes as well.
At ZooAmerica, guests will be able to bring a flashlight for the Creatures Of The Night experience, which is included in the one-price admission to the park. The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge are also offering Hersheypark In The Dark Packages, which include deluxe accommodations, breakfast with Hershey's Characters, admission to Hersheypark In The Dark, admission to Hershey Gardens and admission to The Hershey Story's Museum Experience.

For older guests looking to relax, The Spa At The Hotel Hershey will offer fall-themed treatments, ranging from pumpkin latte manicure and pedicure to pumpkin packages. At Hershey's Chocolate World Attraction, guests will be able to enjoy the Halloween fun during Full Moon Fridays on October 13, 20 and 27.
Finally, those looking to visit the Hershey Theatre on October 21 will be able to see two classic Halloween films, including Hocus Pocus at 7 p.m. ET and The Rocky Horror Picture Show at 11:59 p.m. ET.
