You know the melody. The four-minute song that lets you know the holidays are here.
Mariah Carey's 1994 hit "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is a timeless track that lives on in 2026 in the form of eight pop-up holiday-themed bars set to open next month.
Developed in partnership with Bucket Listers, the unique watering holes are returning this holiday season, with pop-ups planned for Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York and San Diego. The themed bar will also make its international debut in London.
Opening November 19, venues will include:
- Atlanta’s Pullman Yards
- Boston’s Tuscan Kitchen
- Chicago’s Experience 868
- Houston’s Spindletop
- London’s O2
- Los Angeles’ The Valorian
- New York’s Moxy Chelsea
- San Diego’s Beau Hotel
"Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar is a festive, fully decorated holiday oasis. Step into our holiday-themed bar, where the magic is in the atmosphere! Guests will be fully immersed in the Christmas spirit, surrounded by wall-to-wall Mariah-inspired holiday décor, interactive photo ops throughout, and exclusive holiday merchandise," the website states.
"The revamped experience introduces exciting new moments, including an upgraded 'Queen of Christmas' homage, Santa’s Sleigh photo ops, and a signature award wall alongside album-backdrop recreations," the description adds. "This unique pop-up is a must-visit for any die-hard Mariah Carey fan or holiday lover alike. Come for the cheer - stay for the festive vibe!"
In a statement to PEOPLE, Carey called the holidays her favorite time of year. "This year, we’re making my holiday bars even more fabulous and bringing the celebration to more cities than ever before! Think festive cocktails, wall-to-wall sparkle, and plenty of surprises. I can’t wait for everyone to celebrate with us!," the singer said.
2026 marks significant expansion for the pop-up holiday-themed bars as last year's experiences were limited to New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami.
