Kevin Spacey, a presenter at the recent Tianguis Turistico 2014, held in Cancun May 6 to 9, was a guest at the AAA Five Diamond Grand Velas Riviera Maya, staying in the uber luxe Grand Class accommodation.
This was Kevin's first trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya and he proclaimed the beauty to be astonishing.
Kevin told attendees during a press conference that he would "love to [film] in Mexico." Spacey, who said his favorite food is Mexican, plans to spread the word about the destination. "I'm excited to tell people this is a place to come visit," he said.
Attendees, meanwhile, gave the conference high marks. "I think it was an excellent playground for vendors to expose their uniqueness in the products offered," said Alejandro Alegue, sales manager, groups and niche markets for Karisma Hotels & Resorts. "It was also an excellent venue for Karisma to expose its brand position and understand how the competition is performing."
While in Cancun, Kevin was pictured with Eduardo Vela Ruiz and Juan Vela, respectively President and Vice President of Velas Resorts.

Grand Velas Spa, a Leading Spa of the World, is the region's largest spa sanctuary at more than 90,000 square feet, known for its authentic Mexican treatments, offerings from around world and signature seven step water journey.
Other features include 24-hour personal butler concierge, 24/7 ensuite service, water sports, innovative kids club and teens lounge, Karaoke Bar and business center.
