Avoya Travel announced Wednesday it has partnered with The Mark Travel Corporation to expand its product portfolio and accelerate growth.
The deal will give Avoya access to new customer bases and make more resort vacations available to customers, which will enhance the consumer experience and increase sales opportunities for Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network.
With the combination of advanced technologies and product offerings, the partnership between Avoya and Mark Travel will provide customers with more full-service booking options, integrate a seamless booking process through Agent Power and provide members with access to more resort products and promotions than ever before.
"The Mark Travel Corporation is very excited to partner with Avoya Travel to bring the best resort vacation products together with the expertise and value of Independent Agencies in the Avoya Travel Network," The Mark Travel Corporation executive vice president Jacki Marks said in a statement. "We're confident that travel-intent customers will experience the best in vacation planning and booking, and we look forward to shaping the future of travel with Avoya Travel."
As part of the relationship between Avoya and Mark Travel, Avoya launched an update to its official website by adding resort product and destination pages that offer customers more rich content, promotions and booking options.
The partnership is also part of the Avoya 2025 plan, which was implemented to create a powerful customer experience that combines modern technologies with the personal service of Independent Agencies in the Avoya Network.
"We're thrilled to embark on this new partnership with The Mark Travel Corporation and begin introducing Avoya Travel customers to their portfolio of excellent vacation products," Avoya executive vice president Jeff Anderson said.
