WHY IT RATES: Since its inception, Signature Travel Network has placed a high premium on education, as evidenced by the success of its 2026 Regional events – and by continuing to up the ante on those events next year. Signature Travel Network, a leading luxury travel advisor network, celebrated a successful series of 2026 Regional events that brought members, preferred partners, and Signature leadership together for education, relationship building, and conversations focused on technology, marketing, advisor development, and business growth. The events created valuable opportunities to exchange ideas, deepen connections, and share resources designed to support members across the network, while providing strong momentum for enhancements planned for the 2027 series.
Held throughout May and June in Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Chicago, the Regional events welcomed a mix of managers, frontline advisors, and preferred partners for general sessions, partner appointments, specialized programming, and networking opportunities. Feedback on the events was overwhelmingly positive, with both members and suppliers praising the value of face-to-face relationship building and meaningful business connections. Additional sessions offered more in-depth education, including “Bootcamps” on expedition cruising hosted by Signature’s VP of Content Strategy, Karl Kannstadter, and social media-hosted by industry expert Kha Ly.
Technology efficiency and practical support were consistent themes throughout the series, with discussions focused on helping members work more efficiently, use artificial intelligence as a practical business tool, and accelerate the development of new advisors. Signature also shared planned enhancements to its new-to-industry training program and Harmony, the network’s AI capability within its intranet, designed to make answers and resources faster and easier for members to find.
Conversations throughout the events also translated member feedback into action. Several of Signature’s advisory committees met at the events, and some of those discussions have already influenced 2027 planning, reinforcing the role members play in helping guide the direction of the member-owned cooperative. In addition to even more event programming designed around the needs of owners, managers, frontline advisors, and preferred partners, changes to the publication cadence of Signature’s marketing magazines and opportunities to further leverage Travel Elevates, Signature’s non-profit arm, were born out of dialogue with members.
“The Regional event series gives us an important opportunity to listen closely to our members and preferred partners, turn their ideas into practical action, and strengthen the relationships that move our network forward,” said Rachael Signer, Vice President of Meetings and Business Development at Signature Travel Network. “The results from 2026 confirm the value of these gatherings, and the enhancements planned for 2027 will allow us to welcome more advisors, expand relevant programming, and deliver an experience that further amplifies the strength and momentum of Signature.”
Building on the success of 2026 and continued demand for Signature events, the organization will concentrate its 2027 regional programming into two larger events hosted at Omni Fort Lauderdale May 20-21 and the Fairmont Century Plaza Los Angeles from June 16-17. Signature member attendance is expected to increase approximately 10% in each city based on continued in-person event demand, and the expanded format will create additional capacity and programming for frontline advisors while maintaining a high-touch environment for meaningful interaction. By concentrating resources into fewer, larger Regionals, Signature will offer more members a high-value opportunity to connect, learn, and engage with preferred partners, fellow members, and Signature employees. Registration is expected to open in Q1 2027.
