WHY IT RATES: The invitation-only Signature Travel Network event is one of the consortium’s most important annual events. Signature Travel Network, a leading luxury travel advisor network, is gearing up for its 2026 Owners’ Meeting, taking place September 27 through October 1 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas in San Antonio, Texas. The invitation-only gathering will bring together more than 450 attendees, including nearly 300 Signature members and their guests, representatives from approximately 80 preferred partners, Signature leadership and coworkers, and travel media.
Programming throughout the event is designed to spark new ideas and create member business growth, while fostering meaningful collaboration and relationship-building in a focused setting, including daily wellness activities; hands-on workshops; one-on-one appointments with preferred partners; and “Braindate” sessions that match Signature Agency Owners for small-group conversations around specific business strategies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore San Antonio beyond the host resort with immersive activities throughout the city, including a private tour to the Pullman Market, exploring the Natural Bridge Caverns, or racing at Andretti Indoor Karting.
A featured highlight of the Owners’ Meeting will be keynote speaker Michael Clinton, CEO of ROAR forward and former president of Hearst Magazines, whose work focuses on rethinking the second half of life and inspiring people to thrive in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond. Clinton will explore how five generations of travelers are active in today’s marketplace and how the travel industry can more effectively engage a demographic with both the desire and resources to travel.
“We are incredibly excited to bring our owners, managers, and preferred partners together in San Antonio for conversations that are focused on strengthening their businesses and the relationships that support our network,” said Karryn Christopher, President of Signature Travel Network. “The Owners’ Meeting creates a unique environment for deeper dialogue, learning, and collaboration in a smaller-group setting designed specifically for agency leadership. That dedicated time together allows members and partners to exchange ideas openly, build stronger connections, and return to their businesses with new perspectives and opportunities for growth.”
Nearly 90% of Signature’s Agency Owners will be in attendance to participate in the annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Board of Director elections. Additional annual highlights include the Travel Elevates Gala and silent auction, sponsored by Carnival Corporation, which raises funds in support of Signature’s nonprofit foundation, as well as the reveal of “Where to Travel” presented by Signature Senior Advisor, Ignacio Maza. Signature is also expected to announce several key organizational initiatives during General Sessions throughout the event.
The event will also provide members with direct access to senior leaders from across Signature’s preferred partner portfolio and the travel trade, including executives representing Globus family of brands, Los Cabos Tourism, Oceania Cruises, and the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), among others. The gathering will conclude September 30 with an offsite closing celebration at Pedrotti’s Ranch, sponsored by Viking and Travel Insured International, featuring a true Texan evening with a full rodeo experience.
