World Travel Holdings announced it was investing millions of dollars into growing its B2B technology this year to enhance at-home travel advisors’ productivity and profitability with franchise brands Dream Vacations and CruiseOne.
This year, the information technology team will add a dozen positions to strengthen the team and both franchises’ technology, which will see improvements throughout the year.
World Travel Holdings has a record of producing award-winning technology, such as the Groups Application, which won a Silver Magellan Award and a Silver Travvy Award.
The 2024 Dreams Vacations and CruiseOne Marketing and Technology Summit is being held February 7-8. The virtual summit will offer keynote addresses in topics such as AI, social media marketing and Google Ads, and provide connections between travel advisors and travel and marketing partners.
“As a trailblazer in technology, we want to consistently feed the successes we’ve seen from our previous technology investments and the way to do that is to invest even more in our travel advisors,” said Drew Daly, senior vice president and general manager for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne.
“The success of our home-based travel agents is our only business, and we are committed to constantly increasing our support, investments and resources so we can provide the best technology in the industry," Daly continued.
