There's never been a better time to book a stay at The Cove at Atlantis Paradise Island.
That's because guests who book a stay of at least four nights now through April 25 for travel between May 1 and June 30, 2018 will receive a complimentary fifth night.
What's more, the luxury beachside resort recently celebrated the opening of Fish by Jose Andres. The renowned Michelin-starred chef's newest fine-dining restaurant specializes in sustainable seafood dishes showcasing authentic Bahamian flavors.
Open exclusively for dinner, the menu at Fish features responsibly sourced seafood, including a signature lionfish dish benefiting the Blue Project Foundation, the resort's non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the Bahamas' marine species and their habitats.

"Fish tells the story of this beautiful, mysterious thing we call the sea, through food-and my team and I are very excited to create this new experience at The Cove. Beyond the lionfish, other mouth-watering menu items include Scorched Conch, Hog Snapper, Seared Scallops, Grilled Oysters, Jerk Chicken and a Grilled Pineapple dessert, among others. Meanwhile, notable handcrafted cocktails at Fish include A Bird in the Hand and Apollo No. 2. The former features Plantation Pineapple Rum, Appleton Estate Rare Blend Rum, Aperol and Carpano Formula Antica Sweet Vermouth while the latter combines Elyx Vodka, St. Germain, Cocchi Americano Blanc Vermouth, lemon, ginger and soda. Guests can also select from an extensive wine list.
The restaurant's attractive design embodies an underwater oasis. The bar's backdrop is reminiscent of a giant blue wave while floor-to-ceiling windows open up the dining room to the resort's white-sand beaches and blue skies. Expansive photographic murals from Bahamas-based artist Elena Kalis and a hand-constructed hanging koi fish serve as pleasant eye candy while fish tanks, a raw seafood bar and the "fire stage" grill station allow patrons to watch the meal preparation process from the comfort of their seat.
In addition to sampling world-class cuisine guilt-free, guests at The Cove can look forward to relaxing in a variety of suites, shopping, hanging out by the one-of-a-kind Cove Pool, splashing through Aquaventure water park and enjoying a variety of other activities and amenities this spring and summer.
