W Punta Cana has revealed an all-inclusive dining program featuring six signature restaurants and six bars and lounges, expanding the culinary landscape at the brand’s first all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean.
“W Punta Cana was built to challenge expectations—not just of what an all-inclusive can be, but what a W experience can deliver,” said Rolando Ramirez, director of beverage & food, W Punta Cana. “Our culinary program is a natural extension of that philosophy.”
Following its opening in August, the adults-only resort is reimagining what all-inclusive dining can be. At the center of this fresh dining program is Peruvian Head Chef Julio Cesar Valdivia, who brings more than 20 years of experience across six countries.
The restaurant lineup is as follows:
- Scena, positioned as the resort’s culinary centerpiece, offering Dominican and regional cuisine.
- Trade Market, a food hall-style venue featuring live-action counters and global street-food dishes.
- Noodle Bar, serving Asian dishes including hand-pulled noodles and wok-inspired meals.
- Satsuma, a rooftop restaurant pairing ocean views with citrus, spice and fresh seafood.
- Taman Beach Club, delivering Mediterranean cuisine in a beachfront setting.
- Taproom, a casual beer-focused venue featuring craft brews and IPAs.
- 33 1/3 Speakeasy, a hidden cocktail lounge featuring cigar rolling, vinyl collections and curated playlists.
Additional venues include The Living Room Bar, Chill Pool Bar, The Plaza Bar and Sensazioni, a hybrid dining and performance venue.
“W Punta Cana gives us the platform to create something truly original, where every dish tells a story and every bite evokes emotion,” said Executive Chef Julio Cesar Valdivia. “Here, we’re passionate about innovation and the energy that food brings to people’s lives. The entire culinary team is proud to help define the next generation of all-inclusive dining.”
