Another winter storm in the United States, another spate of flight delays and cancellations.

According to Reuters.com, airlines across the country started issuing cancellation notices Tuesday night for Wednesday flights. This is the second winter storm in as many weeks to possibly impact the first quarter outlooks of top carriers.

Along the East Coast, snow, sleet and freezing rain caused delays and cancellations at top airports, including Boston's Logan International Airport, New York's LaGuardia Airport and more, according to FlightAware.com.

As for impacted Southern states, major hubs such as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport are all dealing with delays and cancellations.

American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines announced the cancellation of more than 1,110 flights Tuesday and Wednesday, with another more than 600 flights delayed Wednesday morning from the top four carriers.

Several airlines are offering to waive change fees for travelers flying to or from impacted airports Wednesday. Passengers are being asked to call their airlines for the status of their flights before heading to the airport.

While Wednesday's storm is smaller than Winter Storm Grayson, it is still disrupting travel and could cost carriers millions of dollars in lost revenue.
