AAA inspectors have identified nine properties worthy of
receiving its prestigious Four Diamonds for outstanding amenities and fine dining. Inspectors have
visited these locations to verify the four Cs of AAA Diamonds: Cleanliness,
Comfort, Cuisine and Consistency.
The five hotels awarded Four Diamonds are Graduate by Hilton
in Princeton, New Jersey; Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area in Rochester, Minnesota; InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk in San Antonio; Le Meridien Fort Worth
Downtown in Fort Worth, Texas and Omni Severin Hotel in Indianapolis.
The four restaurants awarded Four Diamond status are New York's César,
Hutong and Sushi Noz and Zest in La Rivera,
Baja California Sur, Mexico.
“For nearly 90 years, AAA Inspectors have been a pivotal
part of the travel industry, helping travelers make informed decisions, and
we’re excited for another year of expert inspections and well-deserved Diamonds,” said
Stacey Barber, Vice President of AAA Travel.
At the end of last year, five hotels and a restaurant were added
to the Four Diamond family. Today there are roughly 145 Five Diamond hotels, 65
Five Diamond restaurants, 1,750 Four Diamond hotels and 500 Four Diamond
restaurants.
