Two of Hilton sales teams have merged to empower groups large and small to craft a seamless and unforgettable experience at its flagship resorts–Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort on Oahu and Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Island of Hawaii.
“We are now able to bridge the gap between two of our most in-demand properties for meetings, conventions and incentive groups,” said John Hawley, executive director, association group sales for Hilton Worldwide. “The flexibility and options are now exponentially greater for meeting planners looking for an extraordinary experience in the Hawaiian Islands.”
The Villages of Waikiki and Waikoloa sales team provides a “one-stop shop” for planners who can easily compare options available between Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hilton Waikoloa Village to make a decision that is informed, budget-conscious and caters to the needs of their particular group.
In addition, it’s now effortless to arrange a multi-island experience across both properties, opening the window for pre- and post-event hotel stays and cutting the burden of planning in half for organizers.
As one of Hilton’s flagship properties, Hilton Hawaiian Village offers more than 150,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space for cutting-edge conferences and intimate gatherings alike.
The Mid-Pacific Conference Center is the largest conference center in the Hawaiian Islands and features two elegant ballrooms, one of which can accommodate up to 2,600 guests.
The Tapa Conference Center features a spacious lounge and function suites decorated with traditional Hawaiian patterns known as “tapa,” and the Kalia Executive Center is perfect for smaller, exclusive meetings and events that require privacy and personalized service.
The Rainbow Suite is an ideal venue for receptions immersed in the beauty of Waikiki, with an outdoor lagoon-side patio for beautiful sunset views.
With more than 120,000 square feet of on-site meeting, pre-function and exhibit facilities, Hilton Waikoloa Village boasts the largest meetings and convention space among the Hawaiian Islands beyond Honolulu.
Larger events thrive in the Grand Ballroom that can hold up to 2,400 guests with its unique two-tiered seating, or in the Kohala and Kona Ballrooms which both offer flexible partitioning options.
Smaller venues such as the Water’s Edge Boardroom features floor-to-ceiling views of the saltwater lagoon, perfect for a high-caliber meeting that demands an inspiring setting.
The Villages of Waikiki and Waikoloa team is comprised of remote and Hawaii-based large and small group veteran sales staff who now sell both Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hilton Waikoloa Village.
