The company has announced its Hot 25 Travel Startups for 2025. The 2025 list showcases a diverse group of companies reimagining the travel industry through innovation and focusing on addressing key traveler pain points.

"This year's Hot 25 Travel Startups aren't just surviving, they're thriving in a challenging investment landscape," said Mike Colletta, Managing Director at parent company Phocuswright, in a statement. "These companies are not only developing groundbreaking solutions, but they're also proof that innovation in travel is alive and well, driven by a commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible."

Approximately 10 of the startups utilize AI (Artificial intelligence) to enhance their offerings, highlighting the technology's growing influence in travel. The list features companies from Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, the United States, and India, underscoring the global nature of travel innovation. Most startups (73.8 percent) operate in the business-to-business travel segment, reflecting a growing trend toward business-focused solutions.
